We took a bunch of girls for a sweet 16 lake getaway, and this place was just perfect for the occasion! There was so much room, fun & games, and the beds were very comfortable!!

We had a great experience here. We especially loved the sunroom with swinging daybeds, the fans, and string lights. Beds were comfy with soft breathable linens. The home is beautiful - very well renovated.

This place was absolutely perfect for us! Our host was so nice and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The decor was so well done and little details like charging ports near every bed was so thoughtful. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely use them again if they are available.

Stopped halfway on a trip to a family wedding. We were trying to fit in a small vacation before the chaos of family wedding started. My teens loved the location. Dollar General, Arvest and a couple restaurants were all within super easy walking distance. Never a shortage of snacks for them. They were all bummed when we had to leave.

This weekend was our first time staying at a B & B instead of family or a hotel. we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was so beautiful and just the right fit for our family. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot to be for our ball tournament! Close to everything and the kids really enjoyed the sports activities available in the house. Host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay! Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space. Great floor plan. Close to downtown Conway and centrally located for our activities around town. Communication with the host was very timely and much appreciated.

Our stay was great and very comfortable for our family. The house was exactly as pictured on line except for the back yard furniture. We brought extra chairs to use on the back porch so it all worked out. The beds were comfortable and the air condition worked great! No issues at all and would definitely recommend to stay here!

This house was adorable and beautifully decorated. And deceptively spacious. The location was a pleasant and safe 10min walk to downtown. Our host made sure we had all instructions, which were not complicated, early! And check out was easy. I would recommend this charming home and plan to stay here again on my next visit.

This was a gem of a find for our family (plus 2 dogs) to stay for UCA graduation. It was very close, quiet street, and was just adorable. They did a great job decorating. Highly recommend.
