This home is next door to two of our other stays: The Modern Mainstay and The Respite. All three stays get access to the hot tub. This home is also very close to all the colleges in town. Furry friends are allowed with a $25 pet fee per pet!

Levi and Karen were extremely helpful in booking the house and the instructions to get in the house. All around great people, super fast responses and easy to talk to. The house was beautiful! The photos are not lying, this house is "The Hangout"! Perfect for an adult getaway but if you have kids ... "1The Hangout" has you covered there too. Plenty of activities to do at the house for kids and adults. Honestly, if you have kids, they will love this house. Full size shuffleboard table, arcade style basketball hoops, Foosball table, full size ping-pong table and more, a kids paradise. They put some thought into this house and they named it correctly. "The Hangout"! The house was cleaned by professionals. Completely spotless! All the amenities you could ever need! We will for sure be back! Thank you Levi and Karen for such a great experience, my girlfriend and I loved it!
