This home is absolutely perfect!!! It is so beautiful and everything is very comfortable. The beds are so comfortable! Everything made our quick stay so enjoyable. The highlight might be the swings out on the porch!!!

Karen’s place was a great stay. The unit was very clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed—super cute and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was also excellent, close to several restaurants and the Hart Fitness facility, which made it really convenient. Karen was a fantastic host and very responsive whenever small things came up. Overall it was an easy, comfortable stay and I would happily book here again.

This is a cute little place, in a beautiful setting, with a nice balcony up in the level of the trees. The location is very close to the Fairfield Bay Convention center, where I was attending a conference, and it was great to be able to come back to our little spot to relax. The small kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare some of our own meals, too, and we appreciated that. All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Wonderful property for our weekend in Conway for a volleyball tournament. Three families stayed and we all had plenty of room. The home is beautifully designed and has all of the comforts of home. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We plan to stay again in the future.

Was close to everything we needed to get to. Very clean well appointed cozy place to stay. All the qualities of staying at a hotel but felt like you were at home.

From the moment I walked into the home with my family it felt like a home away from home. I enjoyed everything about that home especially the back yard. I will definitely be choosing this home again if I just so happen to do another weekend getaway again. The host responded back immediately and that won me over even more. 10/10 for me 🥰

Very nice accommodations and features. Very unique dining booth. Bed was more than comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. If you’re in Conway and looking for a place to reside for a few days this is the place you should choose.

We couldn't have asked for better care and amenities. Karen was responsive and worked with the changing details of our situation. Due to the nature of our trip to Conway (a family death and memorial), which was "coming home" for some of us, we had things shifting and different places to be and people to see that didn't fit into the box of a "planned weekend agenda." Not only were we able to book easily after a weather change, but Karen was compassionate and embraced the humanity in the situation. We truly felt embraced, peaceful, and reflected to her that it was nice to be home. We would stay with Karen in any of her properties again.

The house was nice and clean as pictured, and in a good, newer neighborhood. Restaurants and groceries near by were wonderful. Host was very responsive and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice and safe neighborhood to stay while in Conway. Everything was 10-15 mins away.
