Mid-Mod Lodge - Main House

House Rules 1. We must be mindful of the neighbors when outside. OUTDOOR QUITE TIME starts at 10 pm Sunday to Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. General respect for our neighbors is appreciated, even during the day. 2. Be honest with your host. You must be 21 years old to book. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made with the host. Non-authorized guests or visitors are subject to a charge of $100 per day and you may be asked to leave the property for rule violations 3. Smoking inside the home is not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. There will be a $500 charge if there is evidence found of smoking inside or if the house smells like smoke/marijuana. NO EXCEPTIONS!! 4. We do NOT allow parties. If there is any evidence of a party there will be an additional $500 charge on top of regular cleaning fees. 5. Checkout is mandatory at 10:00 am. $50 for every 30 minutes after 10:00 am will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. 6.
